Laying the Groundwork

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify key opportunities and refine Glow Up’s unique value proposition.

  • Business Model: The business model has to be precisely defined and simulations must have been done. This includes Profits, Expenses simulations.

  • Technical Research: Defining the used technologies and building basic prototypes.

  • Prototype Initiation: Begin building prototypes for the client app and merchant dashboard.

  • Early Branding: Establish the foundational elements of Glow Up’s brand identity, including logos, colors, and visual guidelines, to ensure consistency.

  • Creating Glow Up’s Merchants Website: Building the merchants website for Glow Up, allowing us to start communicate about the project to salons.

Q4 2024

Setting the Foundation

  • Finalize Core Prototypes: Complete initial prototypes for both the client app and partner dashboard.

  • Creating Behavy’s website: Building the website of the company.

  • Initial Funding Efforts: Actively seek funding to support product development and marketing needs.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop a detailed project timeline and resource allocation plan for 2025.

  • Developing the Authentication Service: Building the authentication service used by all our solutions.

  • Design System Development: Starting the development of the Design System library used by all our solutions.

Development and Testing

  • Core Feature Development: Focus on building essential features for the client app and partner dashboard (e.g., booking, payment integration, basic analytics).

  • Internal Testing: Conduct rigorous internal testing within the team to identify and resolve early bugs.

  • Brand and Community Building: Establish a basic online presence, including website updates, social media, and initial community engagement efforts.

Alpha Version and Feedback

  • Alpha Development: Finalize the alpha versions of the client and partner solutions, focusing on core functionality.

  • Feedback from Close Contacts: Share the alpha with a small group of trusted advisors, merchants, and collaborators to gather preliminary feedback.

  • Partnership Outreach: Start building relationships with wellness brands and local merchants for potential collaborations.

  • Marketing Foundations: Create marketing materials, including explainer videos and brand assets, to prepare for future campaigns.

  • Community Engagement: Start building an active online community around Glow Up, including social media campaigns and early advocacy programs.

Closed Beta Testing and Refinement

  • Closed Beta Release: Launch a closed beta of the client app and partner dashboard with a small group of users and merchants.
